Mrs. Kristin Scott 

Mrs. Kristin Scott, ‘87

Kristin (Tkacik) Scott is a proud graduate of Franklin Regional class of ’87. After graduating from Penn State University '91 and University of Pittsburgh Master’s program in '93, Mrs. Scott started teaching 1st grade at Newlonsburg Elementary and in 1998 became an elementary school counselor.  Mrs. Scott joined the FRHS Career & Counseling team in 2000.  Mrs. Scott enjoys assisting students with their future career and college planning. At home she enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.


Mr. Arthur Earl

Mr. Earl is the most recent member of the High School Counseling Department.  He comes to the district with a background in mental health.  He enjoys spending time with his students. Mr. Earl is also the middle school football coach and the high school track and field throwers coach.  He is the club sponsor of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  Outside of school, he enjoys playing golf and fishing.

Mrs. Danielle (Wilson) McCann graduated from Norwin Senior High School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Mrs. McCann continued her education and received her masters degree from Duquesne University. She began her school counseling career at  Franklin Regional in 2002.  Mrs. McCann is the co-sponsor of Paws for a Cause, a school club dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of domestic animals & supporting local no-kill shelters.  Mrs. McCann and her husband have rescued 2 cats and 3 Labradors so far and enjoy every moment with them. She is a dedicated member of WSCA, PSCA and WASAP and is devoted to the school counseling profession.  Mrs. McCann is also a proud cancer survivor! In her spare time, she especially enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, shopping, watching movies, and travelling to the beach with her dogs.

Mrs. Ami (Malovitz) Zachetti graduated from Penn Trafford High School and received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. Mrs. Zachetti continued her education and received her masters degree from Pitt. She began her school counseling career at Heritage Elementary in 1999 and moved to the High School in 2000.  Mrs. Zachetti is the co-sponsor of Paws for a Cause, a school club dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of domestic animals & supporting local no-kill shelters.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, Italian food, skiing, crafting, making homemade products and spending time with her family & friends.
