Final Writing Lab Dates: April and May- Keystone and AP Language and Literature Exam Practice
Continuing in April and early May the writing lab will be open to all students grades 9-12 at the high school. Seniors can continue to work on and receive help with scholarship essays. Students 9-12 can work on and receive help on papers or writing based projects for any class they have at the high school. Any student who wants a 1/2 hour one on one conference should sign up with the teacher in advance, so that time is blocked. Otherwise students can show up for any portion of the lab time with no appointment.
***In addition writing prompts for both the constructed responses for the 10th grade Literature Keystone Exam, AP Language and AP Literature exams will be available for practice. Feedback will be given by the writing lab instructor in either a one on one or small group format depending on the number of students who attend for Keystones. Students may also take their AP practice essays back to their AP teachers for feedback.
**Final day for all writing labs for the 2016-17 school year is Saturday, May 13.
Students should always seek help from their classroom teacher during QRT first.
